Soft Tofu Scramble (GF, DF, SF, NF, PF, V)

1 Block Soft Tofu 396g/14oz
1 tbsp Grape seed Oil (Optional)
1 tbsp vegan chicken broth OR vegetable broth
1 tsp Nutritional Yeast
3/4 tsp Sea Salt Or more to taste
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp Turmeric
Freshly Ground Pepper to taste 
1. Heat a pan on Med-Low heat.
2. Add oil if using, and crumble the tofu over the pan, either with your hands, or using a spatula or fork.
3. Add the broth and remaining ingredients.
4. Combine the tofu and spices well so that it's evenly coated.
5. Cook until most of the liquid is absorbed, 10 to 15 minutes.
6. Serve warm as desired. Will keep in the fridge for at least 5 days in an airtight container.
