Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins (GF, DF, SF, NF)

Mix together:   11/4 cups white rice flour
1/4 cup tapioca starch
1/3 cup sorghum flour (bean flour)
1 1/2 tsp Guar gum
11/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt 
Blend together:   2 medium very ripe bananas
2 large eggs
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup soy milk (or any other milk)
1 tsp vanilla 
Add dry ingredients and blend. (save 1 tbsp of the flour mixture to add to chocolate chips)  
To 3/4 cup chocolate chips add 1 tbsp of flour. Add to mixture and blend. Add more soy milk if mixture appears too thick  
Spoon into muffin tins. Cook 18 minutes, turn pan around and cook another 3 to 5 minutes or until golden brown.
