Soft Tofu Scramble (GF, DF, SF, NF, PF, V) |
1 Block Soft Tofu 396g/14oz 1 tbsp Grape seed Oil (Optional) 1 tbsp vegan chicken broth OR vegetable broth 1 tsp Nutritional Yeast 3/4 tsp Sea Salt Or more to taste 1/2 tsp onion powder 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp Turmeric Freshly Ground Pepper to taste |
1. Heat a pan on Med-Low heat. |
2. Add oil if using, and crumble the tofu over the pan, either with your hands, or using a spatula or fork. |
3. Add the broth and remaining ingredients. |
4. Combine the tofu and spices well so that it's evenly coated. |
5. Cook until most of the liquid is absorbed, 10 to 15 minutes. |
6. Serve warm as desired. Will keep in the fridge for at least 5 days in an airtight container. |
